About Jeanne
Jeanne Craft
I’ve spent most of my life in the field of performance psychology. It all began growing up in a strong catholic family of 10: 6 brothers, 1 sister and my mom and dad…it was survival of the fittest! I am very familiar with competition and earning my role for everything…whether a seat at the dinner table (those army passes helped me to stay skinny!) or vying to participate in backyard football with the brood of boys. I learned to compete at an early age. This served me well as I played every varsity sport I could in school. Fast forward to formal education, graduate school and beyond where I focused on sport and strengths psychology. It seemed so natural, as my advisor and mentor in graduate school convinced me to dive into the world of sport psychology.
I continued to compete at a national level in tennis and platform tennis as well as golf and pickleball. I am a Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) certified tennis and pickleball professional and have coached at the NCAA level for tennis.

Did you know that
"Similar to your fingerprint, the sequence of your strengths is unique to you."
Gallup research proves that people succeed when they focus on what they do best. When they identify their unique talents and develop them into strengths, people are more productive, perform better, and are more engaged. Gallup has been studying human behaviour for more than 75 years. The survey has been taken by over 20 Million people globally and is grounded in more than 40 years of research.
The Gallup CliftonStrengths (formally known as StrengthsFinder) can support individuals and teams to gain a clear understanding of their unique talents. The Gallup CliftonStrengths survey reflects the presence of talent in 34 general areas or themes. Decades of Gallup research has proven that when individuals have the opportunity to discover their natural talents and purposely develop them into strengths, the effect on individual and organizational performance is transformational and enables an organization to use strengths as an integral part of their human capital strategy.
